Feeling like the odd one out?
A a cycle of meetings for International English-Speaking people in Warsaw.
This series of meetings is designed for people who have come to Poland from abroad, communicate in English, and find it difficult to settle in Warsaw. The aim is to create a safe and welcoming space where participants can share their experiences, connect with others, and gradually build a sense of belonging.

What can you expect at the workshop?
Living in a new country can be challenging - especially when it’s hard to form relationships, understand cultural differences, or feel at home. These meetings offer support and understanding in a friendly, non-judgmental environment.
Each meeting focuses on important topics related to this experience:
-
Building relationships in a new culture
-
Sense of belonging and adaptation
-
Missing home
-
Expectations vs. reality
-
Coping with stress and social anxiety
The meetings are interactive and include guided discussions, reflective exercises, and opportunities to share personal stories.
The cycle will be facilitated by Marta Kolczyńska, an experienced therapist currently undergoing psychotherapy training. She has led workshops through our counseling center for SGGW employees as well as workshops for women.
Meetings start on May 4th and take place from 20:15 to 21:45.
The group is limited to a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring an intimate and supportive atmosphere.
The cost is 130 PLN per meeting.
If you feel alone in Warsaw or struggle to find your place here, this space is for you.
